    @Arcticelf I want to do this but I also want to do AOAA.
    Any idea if the dates are going to be close to each other?

    They will not be.

    Since I'm theoretically leading both events.

    @Ferball @DustyTaco31

    Wait, @Skierrichy ? were you coming :rofl:

    So, here's my negativity: I won't be able to go up Friday until 5PM, meaning I wouldn't get there until midnight earliest. And I have to leave by Sunday at like midnight to get back to work on time for Monday. So there would be a lot of driving and a bunch of it would be night driving. I think, unfortunately, it would be best to call this off for me :(

    I DO like the idea of a small group though, if we don't take the ghost trains and want to check out some other routes, a small group allows us to do that, so I will definitely be up for leading 2-4 other trucks later in the year. Other side of unfortunate, is that after the next couple weeks the bugs make it bruuuuuutal through the summer

    I am still planning on this trip, my Dad is coming in from out of town to ride shotgun. I am leaving Friday night after work, planning on camping in Bethel and leave early Saturday morning to rendezvous in Millinocket, but if no one else planning joining us I have a route that gets me in the woods a little closer to home.

    Cheers Brent - let me know how that goes, definitely interested in your route since I might go up to Northeast Kingdom for a few bike rides this year, could take it into a longer stretch and do NMW out or back or whatever. Will have to wait until September/October probably though :(

    Well this whole Maine trip sounds fun, especially since I've never been to Maine! Let me know when y'all have dates figured out!

    Hey I'm planning a trip up there labor day weekend, found Scott @Scott17818 's big list of campsites and was able to at least put waypoints for most of them, but Gaia cannot find round pond. Do you have coordinates for this site at all?

    round pond campsite https://goo.gl/maps/scJsbNupTtV9tfHz8

    there is also this little less known one here... muddy short trail to get in: https://goo.gl/maps/1opoqtuknZHAbwQ8A

    and another here... little tougher to get to, and not an "official campsite", but a nice spot... https://goo.gl/maps/QRVW4kyxuZTEmG6T9

    if there are any others you'd like to know of let me know, been mapping what i can.. and trying to build a GAIA database with useful information, and pictures of campsites, and areas in NMW.
