Very well. Still, KB is a hard sell to a sponsor in the current climate and lack of performance.

 

I don't think he'll have too hard of a time securing sponsorship. They have a whole year to secure one (or several since full-time sponsors are pretty rare these days). Not to mention there's also the prospect of him retiring or stepping away from full-time cup racing to focus on his family. I think that's a little more far-fetched but who knows.

 

he's got some pretty good backing even with Mars Inc stepping away. To your point, he just needs to secure another major sponsor. However, with Interstate, Sports Clips, etc, he's still got a solid base.

He's a draw, love him or hate him. He'll get the sponsors needed. As you also mentioned, with a now growing family and focus shifting more in that direction, plus KBM I wouldn't be surprised if he steps away from fulltime driving in Cup after the 2023 season.

 

I don't think NASCAR could survive without Kyle Busch. Love him or hate him, he has carried this sport for several years. Harvick stepped up in the Heel role somewhat this year but he'll soon be gone. NASCAR thrives on the drama and who do we have to replace Hamlin, Busch and Harvick with on/off track drama? A bunch of milquetoast kids. I am not interested in Beef between Byron and Blaney or any of these other guys.

Imagine a NASCAR sizzle reel without Busch or Harvick putting a bumper to somebody.

 

I said I would post these a while ago but never got around to it. Here is my hangout and where I watch most of the races. It is kind of hard to capture it all with pictures but, you all get the idea…

WOW. That is a nice set up!

 

This was after driver feedback from the tests. Unsurprisingly the driver's felt the cars handled better with higher horsepower. I believe the first couple of laps were still full throttle all the way around but tire fall off quickly has drivers lifting in the corners.
