2021 PCS Error Question

I am new to the thread and not sure if this is the correct place to post this. If not, with a little direction I will post somewhere else. I have a 2021 TRD Off Road, with a bull bar. A couple of weeks ago I had the factory lift kit (includes new grill) installed and the PCS system immediately went into malfunction. The dealer who installed told me that the messages and lights would not go away due to the bull bar. This weekend, I removed the bull bar and the PCS malfunctions and warning lights are still on? Any thoughts on how to get the PCS system back to working as there are now no obstructions. It is back to just the bumper?
