I helped a buddy of mine install, weathertech mud flaps, 6’ soft tonneau, and side steps yesterday.
Purchased all from Amazon. The fender flares are backordered but not sure if we will install them. The flares don’t sick on side of truck. I worry over time the non stick gasket will fail and flares will not look good. OEM Tacoma flares have snaps that attach it to body of truck. The weathertechs we ordered are for factory Tacoma with no fender flares, fit perfect. Again, not sure how that will complicate things (if we try to install Lund SX125S flares)but it is just a few 10mm bolts that attach them. Good luck.

Thanks for your input, much appreciated.
I got oem mud flaps from a Toyota dealer and the rear mud flaps won't line up at the bottom as there's a plastic trim piece behind the wheel well that's in the way.
    Very frustrating
Was thinking about the flares but not sure that'll work now
