No, the new head units, starting with the 2020, cannot change the startup image. I miss that customisability as well.

Thanks for the replies! That really sucks that Toyota discontinued that feature. Nowadays everyone wants to personalize their truck it reflects their personality. Man, sales jus went down 60% .
