this means that’s the maximum speed you can go on that specific gear. Also shares if your in 4L what the max speed is for that gear

Anyone correct me if I’m wrong. Also if you have an automatic transmission not much worry there as it will shift on its own, this is more important for manual transmission owners

Toyota has always put this in their manuals, its just letting the owner know what to expect.

Anything over 3rd gen in 4LO is nuts.

Neat. I wonder what the minimum speeds for each of the gears are. Curiosity would kill the engine.

Automatic transmissions have S-Mode which allows for eliminating top gears and driving in the power band of the selected gear.

Once in 6th gear there is no need to recommend a 6th gear top speed to shift to 7th.

Note the top speed in 4th and 5th. It's already governed out, so not much need to put 6th in the book.

Yes you can drive as fast as you want in 4Hi. You just can’t shift from 2 to 4Hi if you’re above 62mph.

Right. It’s about at what speed do you need to upshift. And since there is no upshift from 6th gear to a 7th gear they didn’t list 6th gear.
