I bought my truck brand new so have had it a couple years, playing music off my iPhone didn’t seem bad but seemed to of gotten worse. No bass whatsoever, terrible sound like crackly and just sounds terrible. I don’t know how to fix it, I know my radio only puts out so much to my speakers and was told that’s a possible problem. Any suggestions on what I should do to make my music sound better and have better bass? There is 0 bass and I have messed with the sound on the radio to adjust it and put in new speakers and still sounds like crap. Can someone give me ideas or suggest to me what to do to fix this? I can’t stand listening to music in my truck and music and drives are my therapy. Id appreciate it so much. Thank you

Go on Trail Grid Pro website and get one of the Sony plug and play radios he offers .I think you said you changed your speakers. If not do . Including the front dash speakers . It will sound 150 percent better . Then at that point if you want to take the next step which is a full system you can ad an amp or amps and a sub woofer .. The only other thing you can do if you just care about adding some bass is to get your self a nice JL audio powered sub or Rockford Fosgate that can fit in the passenger back cubby. Those will add some kick to the sound for sure .Unfortunately it’s the only way to accomplish what you want . Keep in mind though your factory radio may have some issues . If your ok with the finance part I would dump it . Remember garbage in garbage out when it comes to sound, as far as speakers go .
