I put a set of 2021 TRD wheels and tires on my 07 Prerunner. I wasn't sure if I would have problems with the TPMS, but for the first few weeks everything was fine. Now I'm getting a flashing tire pressure light when I start the truck and it turns solid after a few seconds. Does anyone know if these are compatible? The valve stems appear to be different.

    Thanks
    Russ

    Seems doubtful to me.

Your 07 had 5 sensors and your dash does not display individual wheel information.

The 21 came with 4 sensors and it even shows which corner has a problem

You could verify by looking up replacement parts numbers for each year. Unlikely to match.

Personally I'd just ignore any lights until you need tires and correct the sensors then.

Thanks for the feedback. The weird thing is that the light didn't turn on until I had been driving on those wheels and tires for about 3 weeks. Is there a way to reset them so the light stays off for my Virginia safety inspection, or do I need to throw the old ones back on for the inspection?
