Yes, I agree. It’s my daily after all. I’m happy at least the clear bra took most of the hit.

Well ... The pics are no replacement for eyes on . But with that said........ I'd bring it back the the Dealer And Say WTF? There is a Paint warranty on this vehicle with ONLY 300 miles. At the least, they can document the issue in case there is a later paint issue - AND buff /clean it up and plus add OEM mud flaps for N/C. For what you paid it's the least they can do ...

I had the same issue with gravel getting thrown up from the tires. I added 0° sliders with a kick out and it totally resolved the problem. The sliders now catch almost everything from the tires and the powder coating is much more durable than what is on the truck.

Thanks, do you happen to have a pic of what the sliders look like. I’m interested.

Without mud flaps, it's going to get worse. Can't believe they sell the trucks without them. 300 miles...unhappy customer. Like you were supposed to know this was gonna happen

Lol it's not thick paint or textured paint. It's a product called Gravel Guard which is a thick rubbery sprayed on from the factory finish.

Oh... vehicles have been using this SINCE THE 1980's. Some vehicles apply it smooth, some, like Toyota, like it textured and it places of high chip potential, they use a film.

Yeah, mine didn’t come with mud flaps. I got them now. In fact, I used painters tape and taped up the front end as I drove the truck straight to my clear bra shop which is 300 miles away. If I though of this area I would of tape it up too.
