2021 TRD Pro Lineup Lunar Rock

I am so glad i bought a AG '20, i love the color and Lunar Rock does nothing for me at all

 

Not a great color IMO. Did they pull that from the Prius’s palette? Cement and Army Green are still my favorites.

 

New wheels are interesting.. Gonna have to see the color in person to totally judge/gauge it

 

Pretty sure those are the same wheels for Tacoma, just 4runner got the updates besides color. Go check out a RAV4 which its currently available on.

Don't worry every other model (besides SR) will be available in AG next year...

 

Gah but LED headlights are super expensive. Like $1500+.

 

Lunar rock is a fantastic color. Bold? No, not at all, but it definitely still catches your eye when you see it on the road (Rav4).
Love the LED addition for the 4Runner.

 

Not unless you get them from the factory...best $485 spent.

 

I think it looks fantastic. Again, if you have seen this color in different lighting, it takes a different shape.

 

The color is starting to grow on me, its like a green gray color. I bet it would look pretty good in person and in the sun.

 

My girlfriend was the first to notice that the RAV4 wasn’t actually cement (I thought it was), she said it looks almost beige/gold in heavy sunlight. She thinks it looks terrible, unfortunately I don’t see much of a difference in cement and lunar rock, but in heavy sunlight cement can look almost silver while I don’t think that’s the case with lunar rock.

I don’t hate the color but I don’t think it’s a great exclusive pro color.

I still wish I would have waited a year and got a cavalry blue OR sometimes. Cement is by far my favorite, but it’s almost as popular as the mgm was on the 2 gen Tacoma’s

 

Let me be clear.

They are super expensive if you didn't order them with it (as I stupidly did).

I tried to get that option but it was too late.

Now I have LED conversion harness, but there's no way I can afford right now to plop down $1500 for lights and even on flEaBAY they are still very expensive.

You'd think Toyota would be kind to repeat customers and give us a pair for that price but I was told to "go pound sand".

Fair enough. One of the reasons I upgraded to the 2020, the LEDs are amazing.

 

They have each @ $500.

Agreed, its a cool color, just not for me. I do like it better than AG, but wouldn't trade my cement for it, curious if they'll keep cement in 2022.

 

Would have to see it in real life and outside of staged/stock photos, but it's not as awful as I was initially imagining.
