i was a young kid, 7 or 8, when Benetton was running. My dad was heavily involved with F1 and built all the versions of the Benetton cars as tamia models and still has some of their F1 pieces in his man cave. The team had more than one fantastic driver for them including Piquet, Schumacher, and Button.

-by heavily involved, I mean he was head of SCCA back when F1 came to Phoenix in the 90s and was very instrumental in the local arrangements. He was a starter for some of the lower races. If I remember correctly, it was the IMSA race specifically.

 

Yea I guess your right but also gotta remember that even this year the change to ethanol made them change a lot of stuff so who knows if it would help for next engines
