You have so many codes that I wouldn’t default to that being the problem quite yet, definitely do a compression test followed by a leak down test and see what you find. Then you’ll at least know if the motor is good in that regard. If it is, then you can focus on what is more likely an electrical issue (if I had to guess).

The burnt valve issues are pretty rare but they still happen at a somewhat alarming rate (IMO). It seems to be a design flaw that you just don’t know if and when it may strike. They have revised the heads a few times but it has still hit every year model. The most frustrating part is the other versions of this engine are not known for having this issue, so it makes you wonder why only the Tacoma and Highlander heads do this. And it definitely begs the question about when it will happen again.

I’d say it’s worth fixing if the owner likes the truck. But if you’re not in an area that has emissions testing, it may not be worth fixing at least for a while. The dude with 400k on his truck has had a burnt valve since like 250k. It has gotten worse lately supposedly, and is misfiring more, but anyways he put a lot of additional miles on it after the codes started popping up. So I’d say whether it’s worth fixing or not is dependent upon the situation. If I got the issue and was keeping the truck, it would eventually be a problem for me due to needing to pass emissions.
