    I guess it had something to do with the front fascia. The 11 failed qualifying inspection twice so it's only a little surprising. But I don't really understand why it was ok before the race and not now.

    Maybe it was tape related. In that case I can't be surprised considering it took them over 100 laps to say anything to the 18.
