Jesus, can you guys not understand they are all silver spoon kids. Anyone in any ride that is a contender week in and out has a daddy paying for it. It’s been that way for a long time. That said, you don’t have to come up poor AF to be a decent person. Some, like AD is a spoiled bitch and it shows. Others were raised with some class and work ethic and have talent. And are thus deserving of the opportunity. Whenever you all bitch about “silver spoon” shit you sound like a classless bitch. If you have the opportunity would you give it to your kid? No shit you would.

What makes these kids good is being provided top tier equipment with the best teaching them sense they were in diapers. The most blue collar guys in cup are Denny Hamlin and Daniel Suarez and they were in the top 10% of there demographic growing up.

Use Dale Jr as a study sometime. Dale Sr gave him very little. He surly did not have much of a father growing up. Even after he found success his dad and DEI paid him like shit in comparison for his popularity. It wasn’t until he got the HMS that he got paid. Yet per the standards you all hold these boys to he is a silver spoon kid. We don’t know these people.

I think that 45 was created for Ty Gibbs. Kurt Busch for this year and maybe next and then Ty moves up and they don’t even have to change the sponsor. Then after a season he swaps rides with Denny or Truex but either way it’s gonna have an 11 on the door or fender or wherever they are putting numbers by then.

Not really. The equipment certainly helps but you need to have talent to make it work. Case and point: Last year the 54 was on rails. However, Ty Dillon couldn't even manage a top 20 in that car in the races he ran in it. JJ Yaley also drove the 18 for 2 years before Kyle Busch (who also grew up building and working on his own equipment) took over and ripped off 8 wins. As much as I dislike Chase Elliott, at least he can back up his "silver-spoonedness" with his talent.
