He is usually better than the haters give him credit for. Then again, the haters usually whine harder than they claim he does.

I like the racing so far. The number of cautious is kind of annoying, but it's a learning curve and way better than the last couple of years where the only cautions were for nobody cars wrecking or blowing a tire.

Kind of annoyed that the rear diffuser is so sensitive, but then again so is the splitter so it's just another thing to get used to.

Very happy to see lifting and even some braking in the corners again.

    Many & varied
That Hendrick cream always rises to the top. They have some good strategists on that team. Vegas was really racy this year. The closing speeds on these new cars is killer. I like it. Aside from the flat tire issue, the cars are performing well at each type of track. We'll see how they do on a relatively "short" track this weekend. Another variable I look forward to is how the cars will handle at night races with much cooler ambient temps and warmer air traveling under the cars.

Not a fan of Cup cars on the dirt. They're too big and bulky. Plus, with the nextgen car, they better figure out quickly how to keep that engine cool. Get dirt and grime stuck in there, you'll see a lot of failed engines

I like it. They'll need to take some lessons from last year too. Plus, I suspect this year the dirt won't be quite as layered as last year seeing as it would have gotten mixed up quite a bit when taking it off. I'm more concerned about the tire wear than anything. But yes, I forgot about the cooling issues. However, some teams figured it out much better than others last year.

Yeah, the cup cars on dirt is a gimmick. I wonder how these flat bottom cars are going to do and the 18" wheel and low profile tire is not a good recipe for dirt. Among cooling and so on. I would rather just watch a regular Bristol race. They can do all the heat and inverted crap if they want, just do it on the regular track.

LOL, I hope it rains all weekend and NASCAR and the people who want to see cup cars on dirt get what they deserve. A soup bowel with a shit show to match. Putting these cars on dirt would be like F1 throwing a race on a 1/4 oval.

Phoenix Race this week. It's shaping up to be perfect weather too. We roll out Thursday morning at 6a. Infield passes for Sunday. We'll get lots of photos of the new cars too

Most of our rain comes during the summer, usually late July - August during monsoon. Weather is hit and miss for both March and November as far as heat goes.

All I know is I went to a buddies house that was in Bullhead once. I woke up and it was 107 at 0600 and I was like. FUCK this desolate wasteland! That said I would like to see a race from Rattlesnake Mountain. I am sure other areas on AZ are nice, I just to not care for Bullhead.
