Give me an aggressive driver who pisses off a driver here and there any day over a lot of these cookie cutter drivers who don’t race. Never change Ross.

So the past 3 weeks have Denny Hamlin trying to get NASCAR to overturn the Blaney All Star win, unapologetically clipping/running over Logano’s pit crew in two separate stops (he was initially dismissive of it, suggesting that the No. 22 had likely run over someone before) and now this week he comes back onto the track to repeatedly run Chastain down until NASCAR intervened then threatens further retaliation postrace. What a knob.

Not sure what race you were watching. Personally, I didn't think the incident with the 11 and 22 was intentional and appeared to be just a racing deal. Denny owned up to it later after he saw the replay. As for this week, he got dumped by the 1. Chastain also dumped the 9 and even owned up to it and apologized. Not sure how getting run over by the 1 is the 11's fault.

I'll give you the all-star race thing, but even he admitted he'd have done the same thing. Can't really blame him either since he was in position to win (thanks to the BS caution).

I was watching the same race you were. I didn’t mean to insinuate that Hamlin is out there intentionally running down the 22’s pit crew members, I’m saying he’s careless enough to have done it twice in the same race, once clipping then the second time running over someone’s leg. When asked about it, his first reaction was to say Logano’s probably run over someone before. I’m sorry, but if your reaction to being told you hit two people with your car is anything other than “are they alright?” then you’ve lost any respect I had for you.

As far as Chastain dumping him, he owned it, apologized and I imagine he’ll try to improve it. From my perspective, he’s the most entertaining driver out there at the moment and I wish more of them would drive like they actually want to win a race outside of the last 10 laps.

He (Denny) clipped the man's foot and he (the crew member) was able to finish the pit stop. I watched Hamlin's interview and his first reaction wasn't that Logano had done so in the past, it was that he was not aware he had done it. He went on to state some other things but, after seeing the replay, he owned up to the incident and claimed responsibility. Personally, I didn't see anything egregious other than both the 11 and 22 were pretty tight together all night and the 22 pitted like a complete jackass a couple of times, including not being fully in his box and rear ending the 11 several times leaving the stall.
