I have 600 miles on a 2022 SR5, access cab, long bed. I love the truck! I noticed right off the bat that when I slow the truck below about 15 mph, I hear something resembling a rumble strip. No shaking in the steering wheel or brake pedal, just this sound. Truck is otherwise quiet and smooth.

    Should I be concerned?

Welcome to TW! Yes I think so, if my truck I would be concerned. Could be a bad front drivers side halfshaft joint bearing. Just do a little search for ECGS bushing here on TW and you may find some similar stories.

I have the same truck, though it’s a 2020. I feel a very small vibration when slowing about that same speed, almost not noticeable. But I don’t hear anything at all, especially that would resemble a rumble strip. Maybe if you can post a video someone can help. Or, if you can reproduce it, take a dealer tech for a ride. Good luck.

Yep, 22' SR5 4x4 same problem here. 350 miles on it. Except I feel the vibration in the back end. There is thread about this, some say leaf springs, front diff or needle bearing. Toyota apparently issued a TSB for previous years. Looks like the issue still exists.
