2024 San G Family Reunion 09/20-22

I’ll be out in big bear with a group 9/22-9/25. So if you recognize me or my truck say hi and let’s have just 1 beer together. Will be in town and on trails throughout the weekend. To all those still heading out there.. be safe, don’t cause wrong attention and be prepared for a busy weekend with multiple groups out there.

Sounds like a plan

 

So someone mentioned to me that I may not have made it all that clear but for those interested in the HVR group camp sites, I’m willing to coordinate the whole thing between getting everyone organized, collecting the money and making the reservations with HVR. That way no one has to do any hard work or have to worry about losing money.

The campsites are big so if you’re worried about being too close to someone you don’t know, don’t worry about it, there will be plenty of room and privacy. Also most of the people that were signed up to come to this event have been to San G. before and are good people. We’ll all be best friends in no time. We’ll also be close with the Tundras folks so we’re guaranteed to have a great time!

if you’re interested in doing this please let me know either on here or through pm. Keep in mind, there’s a lot of events going on in Big Bear this weekend, this will guarantee you have a good campsite waiting for you

Where are you going to be trying to camp at? Even if we’re not camping together it would be cool to swing by and hang out for a little or hit a trail together. Its been too long man

 

Not sure, gonna just roll the dice and see where we end up.

 

I'm in, but it sounds like hitting the 10 person minimum is going to be a stretch. If @Sdtrueblue & @AY_ARONTRD (with his family) stay at the group site we're a lot closer to 10.... and at $27.50/head a night that's slightly more than San G but lots less than normal HVR sites.

 

@kyle11863 Cruz may have someone interested in sharing my site at HVR which would bring me two people and two trucks on my site so there could be room for a couple more to split costs if you can't get the 10 for the group site

Sort of. The original location was booked full, but it’s closed due to fire.
There’s still room to share sites at the back up location. Or wing it for first come first serve sites.
I know @Sage63 has space available and @kyle11863 is looking to get enough people for a group site.

Hey all I have a site availabe at Holcomb Valley Ranch to share Friday and Saturday night. if I 3 people to share with me each persons cost will be $65 for both nights.

 

As @eccracer104 said we’re trying to put a group together for a group camp spot as the regular event has been canceled. If you’d like to join let me know
