    Howdy,

I own a 2022 Taco OR. I would like bigger wheels to make it look bigger. I have done some research on spacers but from what I have seen they are not good on the rig. What size of tires should I get to make it look bigger or bump the tire a tiny bit outside of the wheel well without rubbing on anything? Will I need a lift? Are spacers my only option? Need some recommendations. Appreciate the help, TW.

I upsized to 265/75/16 Duratracs. Love them. No spacers, no rubbing. Then I did a 2/1" lift and they look even better in there.

My next tire will be a 33" pizza cutter when the Duratracs wear out.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with running hub centric wheel spacers. Get the 1.25" spidertrax and slap on a set of 265/75/16s and you'll be good to go.

I am running 16x8.5 with a -16 offset. Love them. No spacer needed. I look in the rear view and can see them poking out with just enough sidewall and some tread to not be stupid. Also helped fit 285/75r16 with zero rub issues with a proper UCA and alignment

265/75/16's would be a good increase in size that doesn't require any adjustment to your stock setup.

16x8 ET0 with 265/75/16 Wildpeaks in SL rating. Zero rub without mudflaps.

I was between staying with stock and doing 255/85/16s, and doing the above setup. Cannot recommend it enough. Perfect for a daily driven truck. The wheels/tires I chose, Enkei RPT1s/Wildpeaks, weight the same amount as the stock setup even though the tire is bigger and the wheels are wider. Buy once cry once.
