any rubbing issues? Also did you sell the stock ones ? I’d assume they would have good value cause they came off right away with next to no KM on them. Just wondering if they were easy to sell if that’s what you did with them.

 

There's no rubbing. These are only slightly larger than stock, about an inch larger diameter and same width. I did post the OEM tires on kijiji a few days ago. Have had a bit of interest, but in no rush to sell them and not going to give them away. If I don't get decent $ for them I will just keep them.

I've been looking at those KMC Impact OL wheels, what spec are they? They look great on the truck!

 

They're 17" x 8.5" 0 offset. Nitto Ridge Grappler 265's

 

I saw a TRD OR with OEM LED headlights while driving in Edmonton earlier.

Maybe they are becoming common now?

How long was the time from in transit to delivery?

About 3 weeks for me.

 

Same for me, I think maybe closer to 4 weeks.

 

"Ordered" late Jan 2022, picked up end of May 2022

 

Ordered mine first week of Nov, still havent seen an allocation...

 

For those who answered, thank you. Did your dealer give an ETA for delivery?
If so, did it fall within their time line? Ordered mine February 17, officially in transit on June 21, ETA is July 9-13.

when did you receive your VIN number?

also, can an in transit order be tracked on the customer’s end?

 

I placed my first deposit in October and was never able to get a truck. Placed another deposit in May at another dealer, built in May and arrived at dealer in Early June.

VIN only appears when the truck is in the country about to get shipped to dealer. Customers can't track their orders. Dealer has to look it up. My ETA is dead on accurate once I got to that point.

 

No idea on transit time... DCLB TRD Sport - ordered 5 Feb, arrived 4 June.

 

I placed my order late January 2022 and by late Feb they had an allocation and estimate of delivery date. The actual delivery date was right in the middle of the range given to me in late Feb although it moved backwards and forwards a couple weeks between Feb and June.
I had a VTN once an allocation was made (or perhaps when they said it was in production, I can't recall) but no VIN until pick-up.

 

Ordered mine 3rd week of October. Was told to expect it in February or March. Got a call late November that they had increased the number of trucks coming to the dealer and one of the trucks was the exact one I ordered so they slapped my name on it. Took delivery January 26th.

 

1 month till I ordered it till delivery, but it took 4 days at the dealership for the PDI, probably cause there were 4 other new Tacomas in line for their PDI

 

I’ve ordered with Truro Toyota back in December. Fingers crossed I’ll see mine soon.

 

I ordered my LR Sport Premium in late Dec from Truro Toyota,arrived late Apr.
