What exactly are you looking for?
Toyota wiring diagrams are broken down by system (engine control, headlights, door locks, etc...).

I so appreciate it. Wiring issue with “outside source “ aka rodent. I repaired main harness and those are the only things not working. I don’t want to replace the BCM without 100 knowledge of the diagram. Thank you

Yea I wouldn't start replacing anything until everything else is verified.
Have you checked what codes you have in everything and if you have communication with all the modules in question?

I don’t, the OBD isn’t powered nor communicating. The 2 7.5 amp fuses have no power going to these components. All wiring is good. Only thing on dash is lane departure and pre collision malfunction.

So you have no power on Pin 16 of the DLC?

Well need to get that fixed first and check Pins 4 and 5 (they should both be grounds), once that is sorted if you still have no com with anything then need to check powers and grounds at the Network Gateway ECU.

Where did the mice work on the wiring?

No worries, I apologize I'm not well versed in how 3rd gens are set up as I have yet to really do anything more than basic maintenance to one but I'll do what I can.
It looks like the Network Gateway ECU has 4 powers and one ground going to it and there are 5 separate networks.
Looks like it lives behind the glovebox.

The two fuses on interior block with no power are the 7.5 amp (panel fuse) and the 5 amp (tail). All other fuses and relays have been checked. This is why I assumed the MPX BCM was fried.

also all lights including tail and panel lights work properly even tho the fuses have no power. So something is a miss somewhere.

Those 2 fuses will only have power when the tail lights are on.
Being you had mice I doubt you have a fuse issue (still never hurts to check them) but more likely more wiring messed up.
Really need to get scan tool communication working to continue and everything communication wise goes through the Network Gateway ECU so I'm thinking you need to check powers and grounds to it and circuit integrity between pins 6 and 14 of the dlc to the Network Gateway ECU.

Looks like the Gateway ECU is just a single 24 pin connector.
