Oh for sure! I'm running stock OR wheels, which I don't love (Honestly, I kinda hate em). I've been thinking about picking up the 4Runner pro wheels, but I'll wait for these to become available instead. I love the TOYOTA caps too.

This is a good idea. I've got 2900 mi on my '21, and I've even considered selling it just to get the cash I've been seeing other folks get for thiers. It was hard to get the DCLB in Cement, and I love it, so maybe not...it's tempting though.

Exactly. Those added touches would be enough for me to be happy to buy it and (mostly) leave it as-is.

You are probably right. I'm not sure that is an option for me, since we just have my wife's Chevy Trax and we both do our own running around etc. So fingers crossed that if I decide to get into one, that I can still get a decent amount for mine.

Do you have any better non boosted in person pictures?

I might order a 22 but if it's baby puke yellow on BMW M3 then I'll probably pass.

The more i think about this the more disappointing it is... i mean it will be nice to be able to have a tacoma that will maybe be able to have zero degrees of castor out of the factory, that is assuming the control arms are not just for show. other than that nothing exciting. decals you say? who cares about decals, how about suspension/tires/drivetrain goodies, the actual important stuff. if i stop loving the ZR2 it will be a gladiator mojave until toyota climbs out of the gutter :-(

    That's tragic.

I love bright color cars. I have had a bunch of yellow, orange, and smurf blue cars. I even have had 3 yellow cars, 2 speed yellow and 1 imola yellow. Nice, bright, solid yellow's.

WTF is this baby puke phoenix/austin yellow abomination!?

Right! I was considering maybe moving into one cause I do like the legit extra height and UCAs, new wheels, but that color in person, nope nope nope.

I really wish the hood scoop was more than purely cosmetic. At least make it real on the Pro...amirite?

I've got 3300 mile on my 21 PRO MGM MT and there isn't enough in the 22 to make me want to sell mine to get it.

However I'm looking forward to see what Toyota has in store for us in 2024. I think the market will be flooded with used Tacomas when the completely new designed Tacomas are released.
If you want one expect to pay top dollar and if inflation continues to rise (which is likely under this administration) the PROs may become close to untouchable for a lot of folks.

    I owned a 2019 ZR2 for two years and 30k mile.

The Tacomas is far from being in the gutter.

I like the 20/21 wheels better than these, glad I got them. May need to buy some caps just in case they become harder to find, since they are kinda flimsy.

Not really the case with the 2nd to 3rd gen transition (i was around for it) most dealers were doing $500 over invoice and people weren't dumping the market and residuals stayed high.

This is definitely a polarizing love it/hate it color. Good news is you can always get a white or black Pro even though those are pretty boring choices if you are paying for a Pro.

If you're willing to wait now is the time to back out of that order.
