2022 tacoma weird brake feeling

    I just test drove a 2022 Sr extended cab four-wheel drive and yes the brakes were a little touchy, some might say a little grabby, try softer front pads.. my gas pedal is a little sensitive some might say jumpy but that could smooth out over time. My Mazda 3 is same way, quick off the start..

    you are probably just feeling the downshifts. they can get pretty jerky sometimes especially when the truck is still learning everything. the transmission can be pretty "tight" but that's a good thing for longevity.

    Since you have 240 miles on the truck have you tried Bedding the brakes? Here is another thread on breaking in OEM brakes.
