Yes, you're right. My apologies for the inaccurate wording. The dealer sent me a list of 2 that were currently in production and would be part of the dealer's allotment. I chose one and put down a deposit, i.e. "ordered it". Should have said, reserved it.

Man, you must have slid in RIGHT UNDER the wire for the 22s. Mine is scheduled for production week after next (fingers crossed) and it's a 23.

At least in the US you can add them as a stand alone option on the other trims - here in Canada they are only available on the Pro and the Limited and that is it :(

I want to upgrade to LEDs ASAP, I am not a fan of the halogens at all.

But there is a lot of options out there so I am curious to know if anyone has upgraded to LED Headlights, what they went with, any issues with install/performance.

The led vs halogen thread up in the pinned section will answer all your questions and probably some you didn’t have :thumbsup:

Does anyone know much about the shocks that come on this truck? Are they basically 5100s with them set at 1"/0.5" or the ones that come in the OEM TRD 2"/1" lift but set on a lower clip? Just curious how these ride and if they're worth looking for. 1"/0.5" bump is about perfect for me with 265/70r17s that I have on now.

They are not 5100s neither the ones that are on the TRD. These were made for the TE and seem basic.

I meant the larger springs for the added 1.5 inch front and .5 inch lift. I realize it has Fox shocks lol

Interesting. So it has black Hitachi's it sounds like. It's possible the spring perch is just mounted in a different position for the 1" lift instead of having longer springs. It sounds like no one here has removed these parts and compared to an SR5 to know for sure.

Just finished installing fog lights. I followed the steps in this thread. Our trucks are pre-wired for fogs, but you either have to get a new stalk or install a switch. You also need new bezels, a wiring harness, a couple of screws, and a relay.

Hey sorry to bother, but do you have a list of the items you purchased to install your fog lights. Thanks

Looks like they are not doing the Army Green for the 2023 SR5 Trail but adding the Magnetic Gray Metallic color to the mix.

Along with push button start on all SR5 models.

Seems they have "base priced" the SR5 Trail $45,570 right under the TRD Pro $46,900.

I went with what the Car & Driver article said. Appreciate the clarification.
