My Trail was pre-wired. I don't have a link. Batcat 420 put out a list and I just purchased the items on the list that I needed. The Trail should be pre-wired I'll see if I can send a photo later. These were the items that I bought: OEM LIST 9008087026 Fog light Relay, 8211404010 Wire Engine Room, No4(Note Toyota will say is wrong but is the right part) 9016750063 you will need two tapping screws for the fog lights. The fog lights are up to you, whatever brand you like, color or shape. I decided to go with the same ones that the TRD Pro have.

The photo shows where the wires are located Teal and White. You can find either here or on You Tube the how to install it.

You think that is an improvement, just wait until you drive one with a KDMAX Pro 9 tune. My friend has a new Trail and he thought the same thing. It's an entirely different truck, way more power down low, better shifts being more crisp and the fuel mileage is better too.

    Interesting!

Before I bought the truck I had always planned for a KDMax tune, and now that I’m in FL for the winter there is a tuner literally 30 mins from me.

The improved mileage I do believe, right now I get good mileage but to do so I have to drive in a pretty boring manner. Feels like the low end of the gear range needs to be spicier to get the bronze-rimmed brick up to speed sooner.

    Hmmmmm, decisions, decisions…

If I end up doing it I’ll report back for the fellow trail enthusiasts.

Considering the cost for 20 plus horsepower that's cheap. Cold air kits are $300 plus, exhaust $300 plus headers $600 plus, mid pipe $500 plus and each show very little in gains if none at all and for the tune that's cheap power with real benefits!

I'd like to know what the options here are too, I don't want a lift really it's not needed for my use but if there are upgrades to be had in the suspension I'm interested!

Does the Trail Edition not have remote start? I don't see the option in the app. I have a 2023 model year

No, the Trail Edition comes with the traditional key. No remote start.

I think the SR5 gets 'push button start' for 2023.

If the 2023 TE came with it, I don't know. 2022 TE had a key. I would do the test which is hit your lock on the fob 3 times and hold if it starts then you have it. There is a You Tube video.
