I've been filtering through threads and was searching for dealers quoting MSRP, or a Market adjustment. Figured I'd try and get it into its own thread. Sure this may be regionalised but at one point I was ready to jump on an airplane to find a dealer at MSRP.

Prime Toyota in Lancaster, MA. Quoted me MSRP.

    RCI Sliders and mostly stock.
Gulf state region seems to be $2500 - $3000 Market Adjustments above MSRP.
That’s based on my knowledge of three dealerships in MS and AL.

Called around to a handful of dealers in the Indianapolis area, each offered MSRP and each claimed they were the only dealer to do so. Ended up with a dealer that quoted MSRP and didn't try to sell me add-ons like dent protection or ceramic coating.

Where are you located? Are you trying to buy something in stock or placing an order? Sounds like in stock.

I got mine for MSRP in South Florida. Dealer advertises they are not marking the prices up which is partially true, but they are throwing a bunch of bull crap items on the vehicles (window tint, wheel locks, dent protection, etc.) and charging insane amounts for them. I went on the last day of the month and had to spend 4.5 hours to get all of that crap off the price.

Peterson Toyota in Boise, ID sold me mine for MSRP end of September. I spoke with them due to a friend needing a new truck and was told currently they were still selling for MSRP for locals.

I know this doesn't help anyone in the states because I'm in BC Canada, but our only dealership marks up anywhere from 1,500 to 3,000 over MSRP. Because I'd purchased my 2016 from them, they were willing to give me MSRP on my 2021.

It's worth noting I live in the North, dealerships down south in the cities like Vancouver or Victoria are making a killing putting trucks up for 5-10 grand over MSRP. There's desperation down there, very few vehicles available, and millions of people to boot.

Everyone complained when people sold hand sanitizer for crazy money and was price gouging. How is this any different?

I paid MSRP for my 2022 DCSB SR5 w/ 4x4 from Toyota of Oxnard, CA. Even in the current market, you should not be willing to pay over MSRP.
