(2023 DCLB) - 3rd/4th Gear - Shudder/Hesitation/Clunk

Hello everyone,

I have had this happening to my truck for about 4 months (when I first noticed it). When taking off from a stop (not sure if it's going into third or fourth) I will get this hesitation/shudder, then it clunks very loudly into gear. I want to take it to the dealership, but I can't get it to replicate, it just happens when it does. Although, it is very aggressive/noticeable when it happens. Additionally, I have noticed that all the gears shift about the same except for this one, this one shifts differently and the RPMs dump hard after shifting. Has anyone else experienced this with their 3rd gens?

 

Would like to also note that this gear typically makes the whole truck feel like it loses power and i have to step on the gas because the truck feels dead
