    If Lance Slow was anywhere but on daddy's team he would be on the bubble due to lack of performance against his team mate. Scoring at just half the rate of Alonso would see Aston Martin in second place right now.

    It's going to be interesting if teams all start getting close to RB at the end of this year. Aston and RB will both need a more consistent #2 driver to keep up since Merc, McLaren & Ferrari all have a good driver line up, just need a bit better car. Next year could be very interesting, this championship would be insane if we "peg" back RB or don't count Ver

    rumor mill is Danny Ric was fast enough for P2 qualifying during the tire test. Nyck was trailing Yuki and slipping further behind. Yes the car is probably the worst on the grid, but given his experience, Nyck wasn't performing.

    Yup that's what I was mentioning yesterday. But that's also 2024 tire (could be different), different track conditions & fuel loads. But still impressive compared to where he was last year.

    I think it was the right decision because now RB has 3 drivers to compare (Yuki, Daniel & Checo). Is Yuki actually decent and just needs development time? Did Daniel fix his issues and is the car that bad or was it just Nyck? (The car is just really bad) Will Checo perform under the threat of maybe not being there next year? Nyck would've been fine if he wasn't so "old" he's 28 and has "experience" but he needed to be right on par if not ahead of Yuki for this to not happen. Austria and Silverstone's performance cemented his fate

    Teams were having to adjust their power at the end of Silverstone's long high speed sections because they were running out of energy limiting their defence when under attack. This is exactly what Horner and Red Bull are warning about with the 2026 car.
