I had WT and they were hard, slippery, and ill-fitting.
I got Husky Xact liners which are softer, don't move, and have a superior fit.

MT driver-side floor does not have a tall dead pedal like the automatic driver-side floor.

I like the OE all weather mats. They are molded and offer good protection but are also a soft rubber. They do not get harp and slippery like my WT's did.

I wore out the OEM’s in 1 year. My heel wore through. Get the Husky brand.

Those look nice, great coverage. Dam just looked them up. Suburb Toronto, gf was just there for a month visiting family. I could of had her pick them up.

AT and MT mats are 100% not the same. The dead pedal is half the size and the AT mats will interfere with the clutch.

Just installed Weathertechs in my 2023 Pro with the manual transmission yesterday. Love them. Have also used Husky brand in the past. Both are excellent floor liners. Pretty sure I just ordered for the 2022 on the weathertech website when it either didn't give the option for 2023 or said that they would not fit.

Man this looks great. I'm tempted to just buy a full set and have use them everywhere except the driver side. I'm assuming yours is an AT? I emailed and Tuxmat confirmed theirs won't work with the clutch pedal but curious if you actually have a MT and making it work?

We have 3DMaxpider mats in our Kia Telluride. They fit really well, but they're just a little stiffer than I want them to be. They also don't make them in MT for the Tacoma.

The biggest difference as you can all tell by the photo is the amount of extra coverage these 3rd party mats give than the OEM mats. I have the TRD OEM rubber mats for my MT but still a ton of carpeting left for my two little kids to get messy.

For the Huskyliners - is standard transmission their name for MT? They also have "other" so not sure which was which. It looks like the X-contour doesn't have a MT option but the regular Weatherbeater does.

Yes “standard” is MT. Weatherbeater is what they offer for us. The X-contour are nice and more soft, ours are more plasticky. I wish we could get the X but the weatherbeaters are pretty dang good. My only complaint is that I have to push the clutch sorta hard to start or get into 4LO. I might adjust that switch to make it less sensitive.
