Thanks. I switched to 5100's on 4th perch at the same time I installed the 3AAL so I cannot comment on ONLY doing the 3AAL. However, the ride is great. I'd say its slightly more firm than the original TRD OR shocks but has significantly less body roll and less nose dive when braking. The only downside of the 5100/3AAL to me is the truck is a little harder to get in and out of.

I forgot to post that I finally took it off road for first time a few weeks ago... even if it's only in the grass, LOL. Baby steps.

I've had my Lomax for just over two months and I used
Mequiars Hybrid Ceramic Wax on it while I was doing the truck. It came out great on the Urethan Lomax. I'm still very happy with my Lomax..... and the truck.

Any issues purchasing the Pro Grille from a dealership, without a Pro Vin?

Yep, I had to provide a Pro VIN. I searched for a lightly used Pro that was for sale (on line) and provided that VIN to the dealer. They needed a VIN and I provided one. ;)

Make sure you supply the year that matches the VIN... they may obviously differ from your truck.

Spyker hood strut kit came in yesterday and I got them installed this evening. I set them at 6" higher than the prop rod and love the extra clearance. I'm 5'7", truck has 1.5" lift plus 30.6" tires and can reach it on my tippy toes. I'm a very happy customer.

Wife and I made a 390 mile trip to Savannah Ga last weekend. This was our first real road trip in the truck. A lot of interstate at 75mph and up to 85mph a time or two. Truck feels very predictable and confident with these 5100's. I can't emphasize enough about how happy I am with my set up compared to the TRD OR shocks.

This truck has been great to travel in for the two of us and would be fine for 3 people. A family of 4 might be a stretch.

OEM TRD Pro tail lights installed. I always thought these bulbs were LED but they are not. I've wanted to delete chrome from beginning but it fell toward the bottom of my list. Glad to finally get it done.

Super happy to have these tail lights. Truck was super nasty after our 850 mile road trip to Tybee Island, Ga. I washed it and snapped pic or two. Not as self conscience to show my butt anymore. ;)

I finally changed the bed decals over to more subtle ones. I also add US flags to the doors. Both are things I've been wanting to do for a while. This was my first attempt at transparent decals like this and they came out OK but they have small bubbles in them if you look real close. I may redo them.

    20230510_191259.jpg 20230510_191215.jpg 20230509_182938.jpg

Bubbles... it's worse than this picture shows. I'll admit that I'm a bit perfectionistic. ;)
