@tclavell did a great job documenting the weekend. I'm on duty next weekend at AMS. I'll try and document as much as I can. I didn't get pre-race pit passes this year. Also, It's two buddies and me, my dad and his buddy, and we have 7 kids between us! All the moms elected to stay home for the weekend, so we'll have our hands full. I'll call it a win if nobody gets burned or breaks a bone.

I turned on the race with 17 to go, I was hoping the 5 would win but 24Ever did it. It was nice to see a Hendricks car win the race and all 5 in the top 10.

    That’s not what I’m saying.
Idk that’s two weeks in a row a professional driver spun out with no one around him to bring out a late caution.Even Bowyer said they damn near threw the caution before he started the spin.:notsure:
The races were kind of a snoozefest up to that point.Maybe they’re trying to spice them up a little.

Man, I really hope Blaney shakes the monkey off at Atlanta. He'll have to beat a stout Larson and Byron to do it. I'm going with 12, 5, 24. Someone recently said he's the modern-day Kasey Kahne and it's not a bad comparison, honestly.

He needs to leave Penske. Harvick replacement would be perfect.

I'm guessing it has to do with taking a shot at the "keyboard warriors" who are complaining about commercials right before going to commercials. I believe he said something along the lines of, "and for the keyboard warriors out there, this will be the final full commercial break of the race." I'll search for the exact quote though.

Edit: "Now for all the keyboard warriors, I’m going to do this in words of one syllable. The last green flag full-screen break of this race comes right now."

He has also responded to a tweet requesting fewer commercials like the old TNT broadcasts did. He pointed out that it doesn't work today and stated they'd be out of business after 2 races. He said NASCAR currently charges $25M per race for broadcasting rights and with production costs, etc., they barely break even every week.
