Just caught up on 12 pages of Fuckery..... I feel like the principal from Billy Madison haha! SO Jelly on the death valley trip. Wife and I were trying to get something together this month to go there but we've been dealing with that Carson Spur BS. We've only been home two weekends since January 8th. The rest of the time we've been up clearing snow from our place to keep it standing. My grandpa built this place in 1949 so we wouldn't call it "code" it is in the Luther Pass area and depending on who you listen to, It hasn't gotten this much snow since the '50s.

I'm very lucky to have inherited it, it is a lot of responsibility to keep it around. I just want to go play in the mountains (without a shovel) for a weekend! Haha! What trouble can we put together NorCal? I am sure @TOP TACO /(top tundra) is down for something too haha

This weekend look decent for a day snow trip, anyone for Uncle Toms this Sunday? I'm assuming it's doable.

Yeah, 2:30 would be late enough for me to finish wiring my rear locker. I went a little slow once I learned I wasn’t snow wheeling.

    Stock....ish
I was up there yesterday. Snow was nice in the morning as we can float and straddle in between the ruts. We broke trail past uncle Tom's. As we came back down the snow was really slushy and nearly impossible to stay out of the ruts that are there. It's really a bumpy ride back too

Nice job on the perch! My girlfriend and I love Usal and I've done pretty well surf fishing there. The sand crabs always seem to produce and the artificial sand worms can be good too, depends on the day. We havent' been there since July so we're way overdue...Soon hopefully.

Went out with just my son for a bit. Nice little spot near Alder Springs. Took the 4 runner to change it up. Finally some sun, but cold nights. Had a blast. Fh7 still blocked by snow at the dirt. Dumping again up there today it looks like.

Yeah it is. Bought it at the start of covid brand new. Dometic fridge and awning, 10 gallons of propane, 20 of water, sink, stove, bluetooth stereo, 200 watt solar, 2 deep cycle batteries, 2 heated beds and a table. Best part is it weighs like 2k fully loaded. Makes the kids and wife happy=more trips=me happy. I have been impressed as it will tow anywhere my truck has towed it. I paid 13k otd new with a warranty and has been great!

Duuuude!!! that’s a deal! I was eyeing a Casita 17’ for a long time. 25k before Covid, 33k now after Covid. Casita’s aren’t very rugged and I would have to drive to Texas to pick it up. I’m seriously considering something just like yours. Possibly exactly like yours. Thanks for sharing!
