2023 or 2024 Pro?

    OP should get what he wants most. A 2023 and 2024 Pro are still both a Toyota. Just be aware buying the first year of a new generation might have you frequently visiting your dealer to address TSBs. This is coming from a guy that bought a 2016 Tacoma in the 2015 calendar year. I had about 5 TSBs to address in the first year but now very happy with my Tacoma. Here is an interesting Tundra recall thread. Hopefully, Toyota can apply Tundra lessons learned to the 4th Gen Tacoma.

    I was in the same situation and ended up buying a 2023 off-road. Reasoning went like this: 1. I would like to start driving it now. 2. They have excellent resell value and I can wait and see how the 2024s shake out, maybe wait until 2025-26, sell mine and get a new one if I want to. Or not. Buying one now gives me the option though.
