2023 OR 6MT Price increase by $500?

I've been using the Toyota configurator for the past month and just noticed that the starting price for the base TRD Off-road with the manual trans is now $37,075 but the one I printed a couple of days ago had it at $36,575. Either I did something wrong or it looks like Toyota has made a slight 1.4% increase in price over the new year.

I haven't been tracking the auto trans OR or any other model so I don't know if those increased as well.

Nearly everything today is like the fresh fish on the menu at your local restaurant:
“Market price, please ask your server”.

Allegedly the majority wanted this shit, boy now we got it!

 

That was Yesterday, just like Foreigner sang about a few years back.

 

Seems like every time l go to the grocery store the prices are higher, there are less amounts, or both.
