2023 Tacoma Trd off road lunged into my house in reverse after complete stop.

    I think we all know a "lunge" violent enough to move a "parked" truck into a house isn't a normal occurrence. If you trust that some car salesman is telling the truth, go back, and ask them to recreate it in your truck, or any truck on the lot for that matter. Its a losing battle man, this is exactly why you carry auto and home insurance. Make a claim and be done with it. We can only assume the story we're getting here and the story your salesman got don't match, because its changed a handful of times, but either way, Toyota isn't going to fix your house. Make insurance claims, trade the truck for one thats not haunted, and be done with it.

    Hasn’t caused an accident but have had mine lunge back on me while backing into my garage. Wasn’t pressing the gas just had my foot covering the brake (thankfully) and was able to stop without hitting the back wall.

    Accidents happen and it’s unfortunate but luckily nobody got hurt and hopefully the damage to your siding won’t cost too much to fix!
