You don't have a problem...if you don't like it, that's one thing but it's not an issue. That is just a factor of the off-road trim which is really cushy to absord offroad bumps better. With that comes less stiff shocks that allow some nose dive.

Building upon that is the hydraulic brake booster that has a strong initial bite that makes the brakes feel grabby at first, adding to the immediate nose dive feel when combined with the soft suspension.

The last thing you want is more braking from the rear.

Did you test drive it before you bought it?

As stated its normal. The stock OR is insanely soft.

This is the nature of the crap shocks that Toyota uses. The popular mentality is that "off road" trucks should be soft even though shocks like the Bilstein 6112 prove that wrong. Unfortunately the higher quality valving needed to accomplish that is more expensive so Toyota just puts soft shocks on and you end up with a floaty ride. The opposite is true of the Sport which also uses crap shocks, in that case to make it feel more sporty you end up with a harsh ride. In the end good shocks can prevent excessive body roll, be supple off road, and also not transmit harshness. You have to pay for this though.

If it really bothers you go with some new 6112s up front. The DIGRESSIVE valving in them will give you MUCH less body roll, a better ride, and still work very well off road. Be cautious of different shocks though as ones with PROGRESSIVE valving will feel much different.
