2023 value up

My 2023 trd off road manual transmission went from 36.5k last month to 38.5k this month from carvana. If it goes up another 2k next month bye bye lol.

 

What, you like to buy new cars and flip them after a few months for a loss?

 

$40.5k would’ve been a $2k profit on mine.

 

Interesting... I just checked my '23 TRD OR automatic. My value sent up about $1.5k the last few months on Car Max, and is about $1.9k less than with the exact same info imputed in Carvana. So, try Car Max if you have one local to you.

 

I was at a friend’s house the other day and drank my (very generous pour of) wine only to find a dead spider crystallized at the bottom like the middle stanza from some Thomas Hardy poem.

If it happens again another 2,000 times I might not drink wine at their house. If I get superpowers, I’ll let you all know.

Interesting. I just did my loaded 23 TRDOR and it's only worth $36.5K to them with 4,400mi, which would be almost exactly a $10k hit for me.

 

Are you factoring in the total interest you paid on the loan to date?

 

Meanwhile the value on my '22 OR 6MT hasn't hardly changed one bit, if anything gone down

 

add up the millage too. These deals are only good for sellers, not for buyers.

Who's value are we basing this off of? A legit Carmax, Carvana, etc figure or "KBB says my truck is worth ____" figure?

I didn’t pay that during Covid and I’ve put 20k miles on it!
Maybe I should look at carvana haha.
