Thanks man I do love her. And telling myself I don’t need a new one and to be the first and maybe better to wait and see how it pans out and avoid adm lol

Your truck does look good! If you can't use those wheels, and need someone to take them off your hands I'll pay the shipping lol.

someone oughta make a spin on conversion that works with the 2GR FKS and its oil cooler. Shit, even make some conversions for the valve and timing chain covers made of stamped steel and a coolant bypass tube made of aluminum. (there is a thread of someone using a lexus bypass tube to replace the plastic tacoma one he just had to plug some orifices)

T24A-FTS will employ a liquid intercooler. why wouldn't they just use an air-air one and make use of that hood scoop like they do on the 4.5 LC79s and hiluxes

    The Tacoma T24A is air-air, not air-water.

there's no SL that will give you that look on 4th gen,

you might have to go with 17x8 + 20mm TE37XT (not M-spec) to achieve that look on your 3rd gen while maintaining the same wheel aesthetics.

Not a very popular size and I doubt any North America dealers stock that at the moment, to be honest you probably should put in your order now and wait a year. 8" width might also be a limiting factor if you want to go wider tires.

I thin Rays probably will release new sizes to address the fitment problems with 4th gen because it's such a popular vehicle and possibly sharing the same wheels set up with 6th gen 4Runner and 2024+ Land Cruiser

From the body-off video of the chassis, the turbocharger is an IHI (A Japanese turbocharger manufacturer) with the part number of 17201-F0010

strongly recommend waiting for actual fitment confirmation on 16", seems like the lowest steelies on 4th gen are 17" and that most likely suggests 16" wouldn't clear the brakes

So a front locker from the current model should fit the new truck, correct?

It would almost certainly clear the brakes. No comment on clearing the bodywork.

The parts catalog is being slowly updated based on vehicle production/BOM data, so it doesn't necessarily contain all of the information for all packages/options yet. I can say that for at least some 8AT models, yes. For others, probably yes, but maybe not.
