Just go on media blackout and watch testing at your own schedule on F1 TV. Thats what I do for half the races when I'm not able to catch it live.

I'm not sure anyone who actively follows Formula 1 actually noticed or cared about that test day post referenced...Is it even possible to watch testing anywhere if you don't have F1 TV?....

Yeh it's not that big of a deal. I like to watch a little when they test for aero with the reactive paint and aero fins but nothing really impactful just bug cleaning.

I like to watch/listen whilst doing photo editing on a second screen. The commentators talk about lots of stuff.

Heard them talking about Sainz, apparently his workout/fitness trainer that’s been by his side his whole professional life and was like a brother to him, jumped ship and is now working with Max  Not the best way to start the year, poor Sainz!

That sucks. Seems like a personable guy. Being Spaniard I kinda root for him and Alonso..lol But I like the tech talk.

    Day 3 testing
Leclerc fastest but on tire two compounds softer than will be used in next week's race. Joe and George slotted in late at 3rd and 2nd using new C4' one step harder than the C5 Charles was on

Max 4th fastest (0.4 back) on a worn set of what will be the soft tires (C3) next week.

Word from commentators on the ground, Max was in in cruise mode and relaxed, Charles was fighting more than a handful of car to keep iy together.

Pirrelli estimates a tire correction for compounds puts Max on top.

Merc with an adjustable front suspension where they can change the body side anchor point of a wishbone component. - interesting.

Dunno if anyone cares at this point but ESPN+ has F1 test days, no commentary on the one I watched just 4+ hours of cars going around and/or parking in various places. I lasted 20 minutes.

I'm thinking F1 has one unsupervised intern running the comms function.

Again it's taken out of context and has nothing to do with the official F1 company. The small script at the top says 2021 Portuguese GP and was made for self promotion by "Formula Real Racing". They have some other great examples of creative advertising design...xqzx30dvrqa71.jpg.jpg

Merc have surprised everyone with a new suspension system that is changeable by bolting onto a mounting plate, but require different chassis's! Bring it on!
Listening to James Allison, they weren't pushing , they wanted to try all sorts of parts and settings and collate the data + different tyres etc. they are quiet about where they will be next week. Not sure if they can really bring it to RB in the early races, but it's all to play for, looking forward to next week. The car does look good, Merc always start quietly and then dial it in so I am hopeful, and it seems they are getting ready for changes every different race. They are mindful of being positive so they don't disappoint the fans!

Here's my Fantasy F1 team... Somehow this season Lando & McLaren are second to Max & Red Bull. Must have been based on the second half of the season.
