    Americans who want to reach the top level of pro bicycling move to Europe because that's where the real support for the sport is. The US has a huge amount of support for grassroots automobile racing, but it's oval racing and drag racing rather than road racing. Perhaps if karting were a bit bigger in the US...?

    That wouldn't hurt but the real answer is F1 respecting Indy Car and awarding super license points the same way they do for F2 and F3. Given the skill required to competitively drive Indy cars compared to F2, and especially F3 there isnt any valid argument against that except Euro bias.

    I was talking to a friend of mine about this, but Newey is still on the grid every weekend. Unless they stopped listening to him. Could they be running out of the budget cap to fix it?

    I could be wrong but I don't think Newey is contributing to development of the F1 car anymore. I.e. no mid-season upgrades.

    I really am amazed that he was able to pull it off!!! Even though McLaren took 2nd and 3rd and I would have liked if they took 1st and 2nd, I like that Red bull came in further down the grid and I have to give huge props for tire management.

    McLaren infighting is hurting them. McLaren could have been leading the championship. I'm sure with each race that goes past Lando is regretting more and more giving Pastry that win.
