    "Andretti Global has spent the past two years growing its Formula 1 bid into something that looked undeniable. The Michael Andretti-led operation spent 2023 winning a title in an open wheel world championship, earning approval from the FIA to discuss an F1 expansion bid with the series, and securing General Motors first as a sponsor and later as a powertrain provider. In a decision that is insulting to auto racing as a sport, Formula One Management has denied the program anyway."

    FOM denied Andretti's bid yet Liberty is ALL about the money from growing the American market. They are so all about it that they seem willing to eventually turn F1 into some kind of open wheel NASCAR show. So the best, most logical thing, for them to do to get that money is bring in Andretti/Cadillac. Its an absolute no brainer. The only opposition to the Andretti/Cadillac entry is the teams but FOM could simply tell them to get stuffed. Why didn't that happen? I bet that we eventually learn that Ferrari, Mercedes, and others have paid enormous bribes to key players at Liberty Media. And unless the dirty deals are exposed before 2028 the dame thing will happen then.
