    They discovered fans don't want to watch the sprints, like myself, so jam it against qualifying to force an audience. Sounds desperate.

    I don’t mind the sprints, it’s still racing. I liked the original format though were the single qualifying run was for the sprint and the sprint finishing place was the starting order for the race. Put some actual pressure on the drivers and stakes in the sprint results.
