Does anyone know if the new 2024 Taco engines will all require premium fuel being turbo's and all?

The 3rd gen Tundra doesn't require it but the HP and torque numbers produced by Toyota were on 91 octane. So I would expect similar for the Tacoma.

Probably regular. High HP sports car turbos use higher octane. For reliability a lower compression ratio is used so a lower octane is sufficient. Toyota will have the facts soon.

This engine in the Highlander and Crown requires 87.

This engine in the Lexus NX and RX requires 91.
