2024 hood scoop functional?

Depends what function it serves...the 2015 WRX's hood scoop was functional in that it helped intake air to cool down the top mount intercooler. that's a functional scoop that does not require too much extra work or maintenance to run. but that would require major redesign of the tacoma engine bay lol


it could be functional for ventilation, but then it would need to face rearward so the air flowing over it could create suction in the negative space, drawing out air.
