Hell of a last 20 laps! I was not expecting it to be like that. The 2020 Xfinity race is what gave me respect for Briscoe's talent. Fitting that it finishes with those two again.

 

Decent ending to an overall boring race. The 8 did a lot more with a lot less but congrats to the 14.
At least Denis did not win.

Thinking about the last run again and I don't know if anything illustrates the difficulty of passing in these cars like that last run which was around 15 laps or so.

9th and back pitted for fresh tires. Barely better, but still better. After the choose, Busch restarted 8th and got to 2nd within a couple of laps. He was never able to pass Briscoe (and credit to Briscoe too).

Meanwhile, Darlington history tells you that the other cars that pitted would be 3rd, 4th, etc. That didn't happen. The next best car that pitted on the last caution was Chastain in 5th. 3rd place Bell didn't finish anywhere near Briscoe or Busch and was at least half a straightaway away from those two.
