2024 - NEW I-force-max hybrid Taco - for towing?

I have a 2023 Tundra iForce Max hybrid - purchased in March. This replaced my Taco.

The hybrid is a winner! Didn't buy it for MPG, I got it for the 437hp and 583 ft-lbs of torque. And hoo boy does it deliver. It tows my travel trailer (that my Taco struggled with) like it isn't even there. Mileage isn't much to write home about - towing still got me around 12 mpg. That's what my Taco got. Combined city/hwy mileage is in the high 18s, which is actually BETTER than my Taco was.

I joke with my kid (the new owner of my Taco) that I have a smaller engine yet it's an order of magnitude more powerful. I'm on Tundras.com now, and I can tell you that the majority of the whiners on there are second gen haters that harp on early 2022 issues. (Sound familiar? I seem to remember this movie here on TW when the 3rd gen came out!)

I'm no longer in the market for a Tacoma, but if I was I wouldn't have any hesitation to pick up the new Taco iForce Max when they come out.
