Well, when the return address is RI, it's kind of hard to be secretive at that point. There's only 2 people in the state. The other guy is on the forums too, and he's not in on the secret satan!

Definitely a bit harder to stay anonymous with only 38 participants. Previous years were over 200.

I just signed up, I don't see a way to "hide" my return address, but maybe I'm just bad at technology. Or both.

Ive never used it. But I wonder if you can put the send to address as the from address. That would send the recipient in a loop

 

Nah, you can't hide it on Pirate Ship (used it a bunch, including all my previous TWSS years). You can put an address close to yours, and change your name on it, but no completely hiding the city since that is what they use to determine the rates.

 

one of my packages thats still coming was dropped off in Bend OR. I went through the list, and couldnt find anyone in Oregon. Unless I missed someone. You and one other person are from PNW, so thats what Ive narrowed down to. And you said in the motorcycle bs thread that you didnt get anyone there, which leads me to the other person. But doesnt make sense because WA is far from Bend.

Amazon you can give a gift without return address and usps they ask for a return address but you can give any valid address and they’ll send it.

 

Was it a person or a company that sent it from Bend? Lots of companies are in Bend, OR.

Having driven to bend to CVT to get my tent and my motorcycle I can safely say it's nowhere fucking near here at all! Still without power/water at my house, day 4(?), so I'm changing my entire wishlist to request a PUD crew

 

You have have the display return and the actual return different. I use a PO box as my display and my house as the actual

 

The RIers took over Moosehead, they outnumbered every other state including maine.

RI would be amazing if there was only 2 people in it

 

Couple or three items ordered for TWSS. Coming to my place to package them all up as one big gift. Still more to pick up. Then to find a box big enough.

 

Lol! CVT is also in Tennessee.

My wife also mentioned that my list had etsy items, and someone on etsy could be from Bend. Back to the drawing board I guess
