    For the victim with no wishlist use your best judgment. A gift you'd be happy with is valid for the elves and Santa. A donation in the name of your victim for someone less fortunate is a great option. Or just sit tight and wait it out, people have lives, things come up, etc, but as long as you have a valid gift in before the deadline you've done your part.

    The point of some of the rules are to help the participants have some posts to work off of, but no one wants to vet all posts for quality.

    Oh I know, I just like to take pride in making others happy. What i would be happy with is very different then others, just like when you ask a person if they like to offroad......off roading is a VERY different concept depending on what part if the country you live in. I think i have enough to go on but its easier to have the person at least point you in a certain direction.

    An FYI for those shipping to Canada, you need to use UPS!

    Post workers are currently on strike in Canada so service to from the US is temporarily suspended via USPS.

    The only real difference is just make sure you include your customs form - USPS has it combined all in one with its shipping label but not UPS. The information is the same however.
