I had a Lomax on my 3rd gen and went with the same on my 4th gen. The only water intrusion I've seen is a little in the rear between the tailgate and bed side... which is no fault of the Lomax. I may add some sort of gasket between the tailgate and bed to help prevent this but it hasn't been a big enough issue to fix it yet(truck is garage kept).

Those are nice but I'd be paying for features that I don't need. I also really like that I can pull my Lomax off in 45 seconds and carry it off the truck by myself with one hand.
