2024 Solar Eclipse - MONDAY April 8 2024

So, I think Burlington will be a disaster. I'm trying to get in touch with a couple people now for a potential to make it a weekend, we just need a place to go. April is mud season, so a lot of gates are closed, which is making this a bit more difficult. If we can find a spot, I want to get up there maybe Saturday instead of going up Friday after work. Wake up Saturday, head out without a rush.

If this was in July, we'd have 3-4 different spots that would be wide open and off the beaten path.

 

Im down for more driving if it means less disaster and less people.

I ask because we may have a heading on a spot to boondock for the weekend.
For timing/nav purposes, put in Island Pond, VT ±15ish minutes from there.
Not in Burlington. More details will follow in a PM, just need a headcount.

We'll be closer to that blue line totality than Burlington, too.

At this point he statistically has less than 1 operational xterras.

It's public boondocking, so it IS first come first serve, to be clear.
